In order to supply the consumers with the highest quality products, our company implemented the system based on the following principles :

1/ Food security system : since the company’s early existence HACCP system has been introduced and it is constanty being monitored and developed in accordance with GHP and GMP procedures. In 2005 we gained a certificate of the system’s accordance with Alimentarius Codex conferred on us by Bureau Veritas
2/ Customer specification - each customer’s order is treated individually and we do our best to to meet their requirements and expectations 
3/ Raw material: fresh fruits are mainly purchased from planters we work with on the basis of long-term contracts. It guarantees professional growing methods and the proper supervision for the use of plant protection agents. We also possess our own chain of collection points as well as a certificate for the purchasing and processing of ecological fruits
4/ Electronic sorting: as part of constant development of our products quality, we continue to extend and modernize our machines. In 2008, we purchased a machine for the laser sorting of frozen food

5/ Training – our staff are experienced workers. We care about the constant improvement of their qualifications on the basis of a specially prepared training system
